With t The Virtuoso is the End of Dragons Elite Specialization for the Mesmer. As a Virtuoso the Mesmer drops the ability to summon clones. Instead, the Virtuoso summons illusionary blades which you can fire at your enemies. You can also use the blades to form a protective barrier. Professions. Ranger. Ranger elite specialization for the 3rd expansion. With the recent announcement of a third expansion I thought it would be fun for us GW2 rangers to speculate/make requests for what we want our next elite specialization to be.In my view this thread is for ranger players, not ranger haters. Gain ferocity, and gain additional ferocity while attuned to air. Air weapon skills get a reduced recharge time. Bolt to the Heart. Deal increased strike damage to enemies below the health threshold. Fresh Air. Recharge air attunement on a critical hit. Gain a ferocity boost when attuning to air. Every hero challenge in the expansion gives you 10 points. I always do a quick run through the HoT maps and get the easy hero Points that just require you to press f on the commune point, that should get you about 100 Hero Points, then I do every PoF hero point because they are all soloable. What I want from Elite specializations is a theme and role that differs from the Core profession but still aligns with the professions' original inspirations.For example: GuardiansGuardians (and technically the entire Paladin archetype) are based on Crusaders, whom basically were religious fanatics.Dragon Hunters are themed after medieval Europe's witch hunts, which were a religious fanatical My research into the Necromancer has lead me to some pretty dark conclusions. And the possibility of seeing an elite spec like this is quite high since demon magic does seem to be a part of necromancer and specifically Minions.
